To ensure a smooth & positive experience, please take a moment to read our business policies bellow:
Ordering:
- All sets are handmade with love, care & precision. Pre-made sets are ready to ship and come with 20 nails (unless stated otherwise) for a flexible fit. Custom sets require 3-5 business days for processing before shipping.
Shipping:
- NZ wide tracked shipping is available, you will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We are NOT responsible for lost or delayed parcels once handed to the courier. Local pickup (Kapiti Coast) may be available - direct message us to arrange.
Returns & Refunds:
- Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges if the nails have been worn.
- If there has been an issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and we will do the best to resolve any issues fairly & quickly.
Photos & Promotions:
- We may share photos of sets for portfolio and promotional use. If you prefer your photos kept private, please let us know.
